Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging as received.

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Fabric that has been unwrapped, handled, or shows signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons not caused by Fabrexa.
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@fabrexa.store and send your item to: [Fabrexa Returns, Address Placeholder].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Fabrexa does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
